Most non-contested guardianship, conservatorship and probate matters are heard by one of several Court Commissioners. These hearings often take place at 9:00 AM. Contested matters are heard before the Honorable Clark W. Munger, Presiding Probate Judge. Upon arriving at the courthouse, you will have to walk through metal detectors; please be aware that this added security takes additional time. The judges and commissioners require that you are prompt. Do not wear shorts, halter tops or sandals to court.
In order to locate the courtroom which has been assigned to your case, see the clerk's window in the middle of the courthouse lobby. While there, look for a freshly printed probate docket and find your case and the courtroom to which it has been assigned.
