Mr. Bartlett has two rules that guide his fee practices:
Rule 1: The fee must be fair to both the Client and the Lawyer
Rule 2: Never forget Rule 1.
If you see Mr. Bartlett for the following types of cases, Mr. Bartlett will meet with you for an initial 30 minutes at no charge:
The reason that Mr. Bartlett provides an initial 30 minute consultation at no charge in these cases is to give you the opportunity, at no obligation, to become acquainted, and to develop a comfort level with him. Mr. Bartlett uses the initial 30 minutes to collect information about your circumstances, to assess what legal work you need, and to come to agreement with you about what that legal work will cost, all without obligation to you.
Mr. Bartlett does not provide a free 30 minute consultation for Long term care planning (ALTCS Planning), consultations about cases that have already been filed in court, review of the work of another lawyer or second opinions on any topic, and cases not listed in 1-5 above.
We are noticing that more and more people visit this website and have specific questions beyond the general information that is offered here. Feel free to phone Mr. Bartlett at (520) 750-1061 to ask your questions. We will charge for the length of the consultation with Mr. Bartlett, and you can pay for this with your Mastercard or Visa.
